Shipping & Delivery

West Coast Soap is handmade in small batches in Sooke, British Columbia. We carefully pack every order so your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Shipping within Canada

• Orders under $35: $15 flat-rate shipping

• Orders of $35 or more: Free shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days after dispatch

Shipping times are estimates and may be longer for remote locations, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Processing time

We normally prepare and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Our small-batch handmade Cold Process soap takes 4 -6 weeks to cure.
If your soap preference is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
You will receive a confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Local pickup in Sooke

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Please check your address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at westcoastnaturalsoap@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email us, and we will do our best to help investigate. West Coast Soap is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged products so we can review the issue.
