Shipping Rates Within Canada

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days

  • Orders Under $35: $9.95 flat rate

  • Orders $35 and Up: Free

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Order Weight:

    • 0 kg–2 kg: $14.95

    • Over 2 kg: $19.95

Express International

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days

  • Order Weight: 0 kg–1.5 kg

  • Shipping Cost: $34.90

Standard International

  1. Orders $35.00 and Up

    • Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days

    • Shipping Cost: Free

  2. Order Weight: 0.5 kg–1.5 kg

    • Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days

    • Shipping Cost: $19.90

  3. Order Weight: 1.5 kg–30 kg

    • Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days

    • Shipping Cost: $29.90

Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

  • Within Canada: All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

  • To the USA: Orders are shipped using either Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Tracking and the carrier used will be provided.

Delivery Time

  • Within Canada: Orders typically arrive between 2–7 business days after processing.

  • To the USA: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, as outlined above.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned into the mail system by Canada Post or the respective US carrier, it is no longer in our control. This includes lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the mail carrier directly.

Taxes

Within Canada

  • All taxes are charged in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.

  • Some provinces may require PST to be self-assessed by residents when ordering from outside of the province.

To the USA

  • Orders shipped to the USA will not be charged Canadian sales tax.

International Orders

I currently ship to Canada and the USA. For inquiries about shipping to other international destinations, please contact me.

I reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. I encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.

Thank you for choosingYou are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods is made to your specifications or is clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
